TRADITIONAL ENGLISH
"OUR vintage INSPIRED EIDERDOWNS are MADE USING TRADITIONAL processes AND TECHNIQUES"
Designed in classic, quintessentially English patterns by our interior design team, they are then passed over to the workshop in Plymouth, England, where they are hand-crafted from conception to finished product. Eiderdown quilts were introduced to Victorian Britain as a wonderful light and warm substitute for heavy woolen blankets, but they did not eliminate all blankets. British beds were still made up with a top sheet, a couple of blankets, and an eiderdown: always an ornamental item. Today our Eiderdown Quilts adorn the beds of the most elegant homes with our traditional English style and comfort.

Our charming vintage-inspired pleated shades and pendants are designed in classic quintessentially English patterns by our interior design team and then passed over to the frame workshop in Devon England, who handcraft from conception to finished product and have done so since the 1950s. Our timeless embroidery and crisp white English cotton children’s linens have been designed to evoke a touch of blighty and a love of layering. Design by our interior design team and then passed over to the workshop in Plymouth England, which is then completed by the highly trained embroiderers, with over 30 years of partnership with the British fashion industry. signing off each product with a hidden embroidered message, inspired by
Oscar & Patch and their Cornish language which has experienced a revival in the last 100 years.

Designed for babies and children, inspired by our signature blanket from 2008, which was originally handcrafted in Cornwall for Oscar the founder's son, which led to the conception of Oscar & Patch. Designed in beautiful classic colours and Cornish stitch patterns by our in-house design team and then passed over to the petite mains located across Great Britain. who handcraft from conception to finished product. Our designs are inspired by centuries of nautical traditions handed down through generations of Cornish fishing families. Today, this original detailing remains in our designs.
